Bridges

Food was quite good — tuna and dates, comte tarte were the stars of the show! The trout and stone fruit salad were also very delicious. The service was very disappointing. The hostess, waitress, and somm were all abrasive. My friends and I have never dined at a Michelin star restaurant with such staff. The space was overall beautiful. Given my overall experience, I would not come back to this restaurant again.

had a really great and interesting meal at bridges. we came for a team dinner and they had a set menu for us and every dish that came out was presented beautifully. i enjoyed the fish dishes the most. the sardines were so fun to eat and the trout was cooked well and paired so well with the sauce. my favorite bite of the night was the comte tart and was savory and creamy. i would love to come back to try their regular dinner menu.

we LOVED the dining experience here 🥹💗 went for my birthday dinner and genuinely enjoyed every single part of it. especially the sardine dish, fire squid, pork sausage, and the trout were SOOO delicious. the way they play with ingredients and combinations to build that deep umami flavor was honestly amazing. i really didn’t expect this level of food quality from a restaurant in Chinatown, but this became one of my favorite spots immediately. my boyfriend and i were literally amazed by every bite and already planning to come back for another date night 🫶

Bridges is deserving of the buzz. A bit easier to get a reservation than before. All dishes were delicious and yet simple and thoughtful. We had the cured tuna, steak tartare, comte tart, grilled snapper, and braised lamb. I recommend all of them and can't wait to try the others. Service was warm, professional, and efficient. The vibe is more like a nice neighborhood bistro than a Michelin starred restaurant. The only two negatives were that our table was cramped and a bit uncomfortable right next to the kitchen. Also the air conditioning was blowing directly on us and the food so everything got cold quickly. Nonetheless, you should try Bridges - one of the best recent meals in NYC!

The food was delicious and well-prepared. The pork sausage was particularly tasty, and the trout mussels were delicate and flavorful. The server provided excellent recommendations, and the service was slick and easy.
