Five Guys

Dear Customer Service,I am reaching out to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit, as this location falls far below the standard of other Five Guys restaurants.First, basic amenities were missing: there was no customer toilet available, and no trays were provided for the food. Second, the quality of the meal was poor. The burger patties lacked proper seasoning and flavor. Furthermore, the fries were completely soft and soggy instead of crispy, tasting more like boiled potatoes.I hope this feedback is addressed with the branch management. I look forward to your response regarding how this can be resolved.

It was my first time having Five Guys and wow, it was so delicious and fresh. I also appreciate their staff who recommended to me that I get small fries, as large fries were for 3 people. Believe me, small fries are enough for one person 🍟 🍔

Five Guys was so delicious! I usually don’t eat beef burgers—I always go for chicken—but these beef burgers were the most delicious I’ve ever had 😍. We ordered a large fries and they just never ended—they were so good, you can’t get full from them. The sauces were absolutely incredible. 10/10!

We used to have burger dates at the Five Guys in our little Texas town, then we moved abroad. So we’ve had Five Guys on travel days at the Roma Termini and Milano Centrale, and it reminds us of our burger dates of the past: get it prepared exactly as you want, and the fries are the best! Great transportation station value ❤️❤️

Tried five guys here for the first time and it was so good! I like that ketchup and mayo is basically for free. I loved the taste, structure, huge portions and the amount of drinks to choose from!! (in Czechia there is no five guys yet, so i was very impressed by that)
