Small pieces of chicken, likely fried or breaded, served with a honey glaze or dipping sauce.
Fried chicken is a dish made from pieces of chicken coated in seasoned flour or batter. These pieces are cooked using various methods, including pan-frying, deep-frying, pressure-frying, or air-frying. The seasoned coating forms a crisp exterior crust, which helps to retain the juices within the meat. Broiler chickens are most commonly used for this dish, which is also known as Southern fried chicken.
