Fantastic expression of high-quality ingredients. Some highlights but it is reasonable to say that every dish was excellent.
The crudo vegetables had a lot of inherent extra flavor, almost as if you took a normal vegetable, dehydrated, and rehydrated, but somehow didn't lose any of the texture.
There's one dish that was some scallop and beet thing, I can't remember the details, but ooh boy that had good punch to go with the seafood's depth.
I'd never seen shellfish with I think sweet potato, that was a tremendous change. The salinity and meatiness of the mussels were better than other proteins for the sweetness of the sweet potato.
The leeks were well known to be good and same for the potato with its crispiness and inside creaminess.
The service was excellent, especially for being last meal of the night. They took care of us without bothering us, the right balance. I think everyone knows to go here, but the way I would put it is that this is a two Michelin star restaurant unless you are biased to sharp and novel canapes
Standouts included the bread, squid, dessert, and the wonderful service. All the dishes were beautiful and the ingredients were fresh and locally sourced. Although the 4 course set meal generally takes 2.5 hours, we had a flight to make and time was not on our side. The restaurant very kindly accommodated our request to finish within 1.5 hours (despite how questionable the decision to enjoy a tasting menu in a rush ).

Farm to table executed with confidence. Haven’t had so many raw vegetables in one meal in a while and it was all great. Surprisingly filling by the end they did a great job portioning each course to ensure no one walked away hungry. Haven’t been to the actual farm but heard it’s quite an experience. Service was professional and attentive. Vibe was fine but nothing really unique about the feel of the venue. Final verdict: would return to try a new menu and recommend!

Very nice and delicious dinner. We were lucky to have the back room to ourselves for the majority of the time, so it was quiet and enjoyable. Environment + service were properly Michelin star level…which is quite rare for the US in my opinion. Would be interested to revisit and try a different menu!

This is also New York trip. Love New York because there are many great restaurants there. Hubby took me here to celebrate my bday. It wasn’t disappointed. Restaurant was very cozy inside, also there was an outdoor patio as well, full bar, food and veggies were fresh. This restaurant was featured on Netflix for the Chef’s Table Series and the Chef on this restaurant was on there. Staffs were nice, the whole dining experience was nice. Flavor was very different than I have tasted anywhere else. Unique. There are streets parking, but like I said we uber everywhere in New York. We always make rsvp so there wasn’t a wait for us. It’s a prefixed menu with just $150 per person and with wine pairing was additional $95. Very decent for New York
