Bobby'S Burger Palace

We went to the Casino for an overnight stay and while gambling, we decided on going to this place for a good burger hopefully. Well, I ordered the Palace Classic Burger cooked medium with lettuce tomato and cheese. OMG! this was the best burger I have ever had! It was juicy, full of taste and cooked just right! Tried the rebranded Bobby's burgers, this Used to be my absolute favorite burger spot. So disappointed with the rebrand. Atmosphere didn't seem as inviting looking at the dining room, menu is smaller, its all self service in the dining room, they no longer have the sauces at the tables and the most disappointing thing of all is they dont cook burgers to temp anymore. I asked for medium rare as I always do and was told they only do medium now. I can go anywhere and get a burger cooked medium or well done. Definitely gives more fast food vibes now. If you like well done burgers your probably fine but if you want something cooked to temp this is no longer the spot. I sat at the bar server was good. Don't want to take away from that

Food was relatively quick to come out. But all 3 of our burgers came out very rare when we asked for medium, when I went to ask for new ones done correctly the burgers were inspected thoroughly by 2 different staff members like I was lying? When we went to sit at a table it was covered in leftover food. Was way better before this remodel, now it just feel like a fastfood chain.

The burgers are amazing—cooked perfectly and go so well with the fries. The service could be improved, but I loved it overall. Definitely worth the hype!
