Burger King - Sawtry Services

Very disappointing experience. The staff did not use gloves while preparing the burgers, which raised hygiene concerns. I also ordered a large fries, but the portion looked the same as a small, which felt unfair for the price. On top of that, you even have to pay extra for sauce. The prices are too high for what you actually get — the meal felt small and not worth the money. I ordered a Sprite, but it tasted like salty sparkling water, which made it undrinkable. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not good value for money.

I couldn't believe the state of Burger King, in what is a brand new services. The tables had dried ketchup baked into them. In fairness a cleaner came round and pretended to sweep the floors but non of the tables were touched. Food was fine but expensive for what it was. Urgent improvement needed.

Just watched a member of staff here deal with an absolute ass of a customer. Superbly handled, resolved the (non) issue politely. The lady is unflappable. Please give her a raise.

Overall, not as enjoyable as past Burger Kings I've visited. But what did I expect when I was going to a relatively popular service station. Location, not bad but I wouldn't done here again
