Le Parisien lives up to its name in every way.
Built around pistachio and cucumber, it opens with this clean, sharp acidity that feels almost refreshing, before a gentle anise note slowly surfaces — that unmistakably French character that could only belong here. What makes it work is the restraint. Nothing overreaches, nothing overwhelms. It has this composed, precise structure that makes it the perfect palate reset between bigger, bolder drinks.
Menu is interesting! At a bar sitting comfortably in the world’s top 30, you expect craft. This delivers.
An exceptional cocktail experience at Danico. The drinks were creative, perfectly balanced, and absolutely deserving of their place among the World’s 50 Best Bars. We tried the Tarte Tatin, Ratatouille, Le Cocktail du Moment, and a Basil Smash every cocktail was outstanding and memorable in its own way.
The service inside the bar was also exceptional: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
Th only small downside was the communication with the staff at the door, which could have been a bit warmer and clearer. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. Definitely a place worth visiting if you appreciate high-level cocktails.

Tucked away in the back of the bustling Daraoco Bourse restaurant, the intimate speakeasy vibe cocktail bar had its own melody. We were lucky to be seated in the middle of the U shaped bar. Introduced to the French edition of the Danico Xplorer cocktail menu where this iteration of drinks is inspired by France’s regional culinary traditions, local ingredients, and spirits. These offerings are part of the final chapter in a series of seasonal menus dedicated to other cultures (e.g. Mexico and Japan). My favorite of the night came in the form of France in a Perfume bottle: citadelle gin, St-Germaine, jasmine, flower cordial, elderflower pickles, and ylang-ylang. The sweetness from the ylang ylang was both aromatic and seductive with spirt forwardness that doesn’t get lost in the floral scents. Along with the fun and talented bartenders, there were a few regulars and new comers that contributed to the enchanting wavelength at Danico, sharing other places that share a similar level of craftsmanship for cocktails. Look forward to another seasonal menu in the future. Merci beaucoup!

Absolutely delightful time there. Both food and drink selections were top notch. I recommend their limited edn, a burst of flavours. I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza with apricot, nduja, straciatella as well -- all the good things!

After visiting many cocktail bars around the world, I can honestly say Danico fully deserves its reputation.
The cocktails are outstanding. Every drink is precise, balanced, creative and, most importantly, genuinely enjoyable to drink. You immediately notice the amount of research and technical skill behind the menu, but nothing ever feels forced or overly complicated.
What made the experience truly memorable, though, was the hospitality. A special thank you to Tiago and Julien, who made us feel at home from the moment we sat down. They were incredibly welcoming, generous with their knowledge, and even recommended some fantastic places to visit around Paris. Their service was attentive, genuine and effortlessly professional—the kind of hospitality that elevates an already exceptional bar into an unforgettable experience.
Beautiful space, world-class drinks, and a team that perfectly understands what true hospitality means.
Danico is absolutely worth the visit, and I’ll be looking forward to coming back.
