Came here to celebrate my mother's birthday last night. The decor is beautifully decorated in red and gold. The service is excellent all around - from calling to make a reservation to the end of the meal and leaving the restaurant. We were a table of 9, and was still able to sit close by the window to see the fountain show. Food was delicious and decently-priced for a high end hotel.
I want to specially call out and compliment the manager, I think. Sorry I didn't get his name but he was wearing a black suit with glasses🤓 My mom is ill and can't eat the birthday cake (per doctor's orders) since it's refrigerated and could be at risk of contracting Listeria (not that it has). The manager overheard us talking and asked the kitchen to specially make a hot souffle for my mom. That is super thoughtful and nice, and I really appreciate this level of service.
Beautiful Setting, Good Service, But Food Could Be Improved
I recently visited Fontana and had a generally nice experience. The atmosphere is truly beautiful and the service was attentive and good throughout our meal.
The food, however, was a bit of a mixed bag. The beef dish we ordered was excellent and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, the seafood and pasta dishes were disappointing. Both were overwhelmingly dominated by a butter sauce, which masked the natural, fresh flavours of the seafood itself. We were hoping for a more distinct seafood taste.
Overall, it was a pleasant evening in a lovely setting. With a little tweak to the seasoning and sauces on the seafood dishes, this place could be fantastic.
Being honest .. Fontana is 1 top of my favorite place . I can say that anytime every single time I’m go there is always amazing . I really enjoy the food the place n 1 things I can’t find in othera place is the service they really doing exstra ordinary service I feel home I feel savety n warm … we can say the quality of food as 5 star hotel we can find everywhere at 5 star hotel .but Fontana reatourant always give me someting . How nice the staff handle us the service I feel special they recognise n treat guest feom heart this I can’t find from others place . I’m going to say n thank to RUN and Angelina the server is really unbelievable all of them excellence thanknu so much for ur service it’s make my life amazing and special thank for MARYATI she was amazing the pasta truffle that I’m order the taste is really excellent I can fell the meet juicy inside with combination cream n truffle this the best pasta I did in the world n now Fontana restourant more n more amazing .trust me this place the right place that everyone supposed to come the great service food n place with the dancing water fountain
