Great Stay & Lovely Breakfast Experience
I stayed at Pan Pacific Jakarta from August 27–31 and had a really pleasant stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is also very strategic, right in the heart of Jakarta, with the new Agora Mall downstairs, offering plenty of dining options.
I had breakfast at Keyaki Japanese Restaurant every day, and I really enjoyed it. They have both buffet and à la carte options, and everything I tried was delicious! My favorites were the Egg Benedict, Avocado Toast, Sushi (Spicy Salmon, Stamina Roll, Fried Salmon), Soba, and Miso Soup. 😋
A special thank you to Mba Gita Mba There, and Mas Irfan for their warm hospitality. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I really appreciated their food and drink recommendations, and they were also happy to accommodate my custom requests. I even got offered drinks to take away—such a thoughtful touch!
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and the breakfast experience at Keyaki. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant several times during my stay for breakfast, and it was consistently excellent. Every dish I tried was delicious, offering a great variety and high-quality ingredients.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I was particularly touched by how friendly they were toward my daughter, they often took a moment to say hello and make her smile, which made our family mornings much more special.
A special shout-out to Laras, Azarel, and Dwi for their outstanding hospitality.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience with a personal touch.

Love the ambiance, it’s very romantic. It’s on 90th floor but the elevator is really smooth and fast, feel no dizzy at all. The service 1000% best, luv Mas Mikhael and Ka Bella. Got lot of complimentaries and the dessert is really good, love the tiramisu cake and warabi mochi ❤️

Had a wonderful dinner experience. Order the teppanyaki set menu and it was great! Cooked to perfection! The dinner was served by Christofer..outstanding service in explaining the food. The place is also child friendly. Would definitely come back here again!
