Le George, located inside the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, is one of those rare restaurants that elevates dining to a completely different level. From the moment you enter, everything reflects refinement, elegance and impeccable taste. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming, with a beautiful dining room, warm lighting and a service team that operates with absolute precision.
The cuisine is simply outstanding. Every dish shows extraordinary attention to detail, balance and creativity. The highlight of the evening was without any doubt the ravioli carbonara reinterpretation, which were quite honestly the best ravioli I have ever eaten in my life. The dish takes the essence of a classic carbonara and transforms it into something refined, delicate and incredibly flavorful. It is the kind of plate that stays in your memory long after the dinner is over.
Beyond the food itself, the entire experience is flawless. The service is elegant, attentive and perfectly paced, exactly what you expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The staff anticipates every need while maintaining a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Dining at Le George feels like experiencing the very best of modern Mediterranean fine dining, executed with the precision and sophistication that the Four Seasons brand is known for.
If five stars were not the limit, this restaurant would easily deserve seven. A truly unforgettable culinary experience in the heart of Paris.

A Flawless Michelin-Starred Experience at Le George
Dining at Le George inside the iconic Four Seasons Hotel George V is a quintessential Parisian experience that exceeds its world-class reputation.
As you can see in my attached photo, the magnificent, larger-than-life floral arrangements in the lobby set a tone of breathtaking luxury before you even reach your table.
We visited for lunch to experience Chef Simone Zanoni’s Michelin-starred Mediterranean and modern Italian menu, and it was nothing short of spectacular.
Despite the beautifully opulent setting, the dining room strikes the perfect balance of chic and relaxed. It was incredibly quiet and comfortable, making it the perfect environment to easily talk and catch up with a friend.
The food was a revelation. Zanoni’s dishes focus on light, vibrant, and airy Mediterranean flavors. Every plate showcased pristine, sustainable ingredients and flawless culinary craftsmanship, beautifully presented in portions that are perfect for sharing.
The service matched the environment flawlessly. The staff was warm, exceptionally attentive, and deeply knowledgeable about the menu, seamlessly anticipating our needs without ever interrupting the flow of our conversation.
At roughly €70 - €80 per person for lunch, the value for a Michelin-starred meal inside an iconic Parisian palace is phenomenal. If you want an unforgettable dining experience in Paris, book a table at Le George immediately. Highly recommended!

Loved the tasting menu that we both had.
Food was amazing!
We felt the service could have been better, the first courses felt rushed, a knife forgotten on the table, focaccia not severed and had to be reminded.
