Service was super fast and the ordering process was very smooth. I received my food quickly, which is good if you are in a rush or just want a quick meal. The store was also clean and comfortable enough for a short dine-in.
However, the burger was disappointing because it was served cold. For a burger, especially a Hanwoo Bulgogi Burger, I expected it to be warm and freshly prepared. The taste was still acceptable, but the cold temperature affected the overall experience and made it feel less satisfying.
Overall, it is convenient and efficient, but the food quality could be better. Fast service is appreciated, but the burger should be served hot.
Lotteria is one of the most well-known burger chains in Korea, and I was excited to try it again after 3 years as part of my latest Korea trip—I usually make a point to visit every time I’m in Korea. I was especially happy to find a location in the food court at the departure area of Incheon Airport.
We ordered two bulgogi burgers and one special burger that came with a fried mozzarella patty, a beef patty, and bacon pieces. We also made them into meal sets with fries and coleslaw, and added sweet and spicy chicken nuggets on the side.
While the topping combinations sound great on paper, the actual execution was very underwhelming across the board. The buns were soft but far too sweet—more like a dessert-style brioche, which didn’t suit the burgers at all. A regular white or sesame bun would have worked much better. The beef patties tasted like they had been boiled, with no sear, colour, or real flavour—very disappointing.
The fries were soggy and lacked any crispiness or seasoning, and the chicken nuggets were also soggy. The sauce for the nuggets was overwhelmingly spicy with no balance or sweetness, making it quite unpleasant to eat.
Another downside was the ordering system—there’s no option to customise your burger (e.g. removing mayo) on the machine, so you have to go to the counter separately to request changes, which is inconvenient.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially considering how much I’ve enjoyed Lotteria in the past.

This inside was cute! We took a little photo with it while waiting for our flight. People from here think this place is really cool because they were like the first for something. ¯\_(ソ)_/¯
There is seating but when we came it was all full so we ate at our gate instead. I didn’t like it but my friends did.

First time eating at a Lotteria. I ordered the spicy chicken burger and was surprised by how delicious it was (I came in with low expectations).
I watched the staff prepare the food and they worked very efficiently and with cleanliness.
There's an option to pay with credit card on the machine or by cash after choosing the item on the machine.
All in all, I was happy that I had my last meal in Korea here.

Tried other Lotteria in Japan and Korea, so far it’s the worst one. The meal on the flight wasn’t satisfying so we decided to get another meal at our connecting flight.
We got a regular burger and a crispy chicken burger meal. The burger is dry, the fries were cold, but…still tasted a little bit better than other fast food store.
The cheese powder or sauce (don’t really remember) for the fries tastes horrible though.
