The setup is perfectly cozy café storefront with the roasting operations humming in the back ⚙️ They are currently offering an incredible selection of beans with truly unique tasting notes😙 ☕️ Nitrogen Filter Coffee (AUD 7) 🧊 Iced Batch Brew (AUD 6) The Nitrogen Filter Coffee was a standout, brewed with beans sourced from Yunnan, it featured an intense profile of lychee and rose 🌹 It was incredibly refreshing and unlike any coffee I’ve had recently😋 The atmosphere is fantastic, ideal for chilling out or getting some deep work done 💻 I noticed plenty of people set up with their laptops, making it a great local hub for productivity, what a perfect way to spend the day 😊

Great ambience and fantastic coffee. It’s a local gem for Japanese tea and coffee lovers. They take effort to make your cup. Worth a visit if you are local, it’s hidden which is part of the charm

The coffee beans here are extremely good! I’ve had them before and brewed them at home, and they really shine. At the café, the aroma when the beans are being ground is incredible—you can smell it from across the bar, which really builds anticipation for the cup. The shop uses an automated system for the pour over, which is an interesting approach and keeps things consistent. They also clearly have all the right equipment and great beans. On my visit, though, the extraction didn’t quite bring out the full potential of the coffee—the bed was a bit uneven and the flavors came across more muted than the aroma suggested. It feels like everything needed to make an amazing cup is there, but the final result just didn’t quite maximize what these beans are capable of. With a bit more attention to the brew process, I think the coffee here could really shine

100% one of the best roasters in Melbourne! I love the inspirational slogan and ideas every time. “Adding sugar is not a crime.” What a great discussion to everyone who loves coffee but different tastes.
