Miramar Suites

[This is only a review of the restaurant] We went for dinner, beautiful service. I had never been to a two Michelin star restaurant so was very exciting. The dumpling dish was my favorite, flavorful, crunchy, amazing. The Navajas had that ceviche like flavor that is so familiar to me and I love. I was surprised to learn that almonds were a local product of such pride, featured in more than one dish.

Had a lovely lunch at the 2 star restaurant. Looking forward to come back in the next holiday! It was a pleasure to see the kitchen and meet the staff and mr. Perez. 5 stars for the food, service and experience! ❤️

The food gets 1 star. Many items were old food, meaning made the day before if not older, I’ve never seen such low standards in any Michelin restaurant, not even the ones just mentioned in the guide. No remarkable dishes at all. The only thing really good were the wines and bread, Shame on you Michelin guide and Paco Perez, the chef. A total rip off. Go to Can Blau in Palamos and have a regular non Michelin meal there, just as fresh as it gets seafood, better than this rip off. Which we did the day before.

Excellent food, excellent accompanying wines (thanks to the young and talented sommelier), the staff is extremely friendly and multi-lingual and the atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and relaxed. It was a pleasure to meet the chef himself and his charming wife. This was a really unforgettable evening. Thank you again from I. and R.!

Lovely place to relax at the end of the day. Staff are friendly, food is beautifully served and good value for money. Highly recommended
