The food was okay, but the flavor seems to have been adjusted to the local taste, as this was the first miso ramen I've tried that was very creamy and sweet. The part that bother me the most was that the ocha glass had a strong soap smell, making the drink completely unenjoyable because it tasted like soap. I understand they might have been rushing to wash it due to a shortage of cups, which makes me feel they aren't ready to handle a crowd yet. My friend also ordered the tori balls, which showed as 'available' on the ordering screen, but when the other dishes arrived, the waitress told us it was out of stock. Also, the outdoor area was very dirty with tissues scattered all over the floor, and the staff was slow to clean up and clear the dirty plates from the tables. I hope they improve in the future.
