Based on the menu items like parathas and chai, it appears to be an ideal spot for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Dinner is also suitable given the mention of Kadai paneer and other vegetable dishes.
I’m regular customer of Sanjhi rasoi. Tried their pranthas which are best in town. Also, tried their veggies today, Kadai paneer, really amazing full of authentic flavours reminds me Indian taste. However, staff is very cooperative and helpful and service is quite fast. Everything is fresh and flavourful. Good team will regular visit and recommend others. Thank you
I tried the Aloo Paratha & it was full of amazing flavors mild spicy, perfectly cooked, with that pure Punjabi taste.
Also, the chai with cardamom was so good one of the best chai I’ve had in Brampton.
Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience. I ordered 20 rotis with 2 large portions of sabji and paid around $60 for the order. However, I received only one large portion, while the rest of the sabji was put into small containers inside large boxes. The quantity was nowhere near what I expected for the price I paid.
For $60, I expected proper portions and exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately, the order did not feel worth the money at all. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves the portion sizes and accuracy of orders.

We tried the paratha and chai here for the first time and honestly, the vibe was great.
The receptionist had a big warm smile, and the food was so delicious that we’d totally come back again.
BUT… one tiny thing threw us off. There were plates and bowls left on a table in the corner, probably from another customer, and no one seemed to notice them. No big deal- it happens.
What did surprise us though was when an employee brought our chai at the end. By then we’d finished eating, so I tried to pass our plates to her… but she looked right past me and ignored.
Overall, the service can be better , but the food is great so we will come back.

Very disappointing customer service experience.
I visited this restaurant for dine-in today( 30 aug)around 10:20 AM, and unfortunately, the employee working at the cash was extremely rude and disrespectful.
I simply asked about my order, and instead of politely assisting me, she told me, “Go and sit, it will come,” making it seem like dine-in customers were not important and that only online orders mattered. Her tone and body language were extremely arrogant and dismissive.
When I politely told her that she was being rude, her response was, “I don’t care.” This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in customer service. I felt as though she was doing me a favour by serving me, rather than simply doing her job.
I am a regular customer, and I have always had good experiences with the other staff, which makes this incident even more disappointing. One employee’s unnecessary attitude can completely ruin a customer’s experience.
If you are working in customer service, basic respect and professionalism should be expected. Customers should never be made to feel unwelcome or unimportant.
I sincerely hope management looks into this incident and addresses the employee’s behaviour.
