I utilized their interior detailing service; my car looked and smelled brand new! First time ever to have a car detailed. Great Job

Had an interior detail (which includes wash) done yesterday for $225.00 in Fairmount. It was worth every penny. An 8 year old car looks brand new! I would highly recommend them.

Place has definitely gone down hill. Sprayers don’t even get the soap off anymore. Used in a pinch for salt removal but glad I canceled the overpriced membership. And before the negativity we wash our vehicles in the driveway weather permitting.

I have been a delta sonic member for a long time and I used to actually have 4 separate memberships, 2 interior and 2 exterior. The price continues to go up. The quality has diminished. As far as I know, there's not another place around that offers interior and exterior memberships. So its a relationship of convenience. I've already canceled 2 of my memberships and just got a notice that they are raising rates again, so we may be almost done. The diabolical thing they do is give you a "discount" for not using your membership. So if you don't get your car washed they charge like $25 a month. They don't tell you how many washes get you less of a "discount" but if you use your membership too much your price goes up. This happens automatically, its worth noting they automatically decrease it if you aren't using it. Anyway - it's a racket. They essentially punish you for using your membership. They just call it a discount

This evening, 5-9-2026, at approx. 7:45 pm, I was waiting in line to have my car towel dried at the Delta Sonic in Fairmount, NY. As I watched the two young men drying, I was very impressed with their attention to detail and not rushing through the process. Nate Murray was the person who dried off my car thoroughly. I took the time to speak with the Wash manager & he said he’d ensure they were both recognized for their efforts. I had the pleasure to speak with Nate. If anyone knows his family - tell them they’ve raised a fine young man. He is courteous, well spoken, congenial and an asset to Delta Sonic. Both of these young men were hard at work - which shows great management & training of the employees. And while I’m at it, the young lady working in the wash booth was equally personable and doing her job well. 👍👍
