Don't complain about waiting for fresh food done right. Do they need more employees, yes they do. Is it their fault no. But the food was made perfectly regardless it took 10-15 minutes to get done. This is still considered fast food acceptable times.
I was starting to get impatient and when I got my order I didn't even look because I wanted to make sure no one took my while ebike rental.
When I got home and saw the food, presentation and year taste I was blown back. Took me 12 minutes home to start to eat
So yeah, this BK is topshelf IMO. If you're going to spend this kind of money on food it should always follow this standard of care that makes the wait time 100% acceptable.
I thank the employees. We were picking up a very late dinner after the NYS Fair. There was a problem with cashing out through the drive thru. It was close to closing and the register would not accept debit card or cash. The manager gave us our food for free. My granddaughter loved her mozzarella sticks, French fries, chicken nuggets and soda. I loved my double whopper with cheese. Thank you again! 💯💖💖💖

Writing this review after stopping here for the second time at off hours during work. I ordered a whopper jr and have been stuck in line for 30 minutes. Do not use the drive through here - this is the furthest thing from fast food I’ve ever experienced. Won’t be back.

Not only did I wait in line for 40 minutes for my food when all I ordered was two bacon Cheeseburgers with extra onion and pickle and a medium fry.. I get home. There was no onions on either of the burgers and 2 little pickles . The cheese was just slapped on there cold and the food was cold . Ridiculous I’ll never go to this establishment again. The workers were so slow, talking out loud each other things that customer should not hear. Totally ridiculous.

The service could definitely be better I was debating between three and two stars in the service area. The people that work there just aren't happy either with their job or with life in general. When I am going out to eat someplace even if it's fast food I would enjoy the people that are serving it to be at least somewhat pleasant.
