The Norman felt like a Miami Art Deco hotel translated into Tel Aviv and refined through the architectural language of the White City. Across two restored historic mansions, 1920s Art Deco elegance met Bauhaus restraint with extraordinary care. An internal atrium and courtyard connected the buildings and gave the property a breezy, organic flow. Our room was immaculate and well appointed, although compact.
Upstairs, the rooftop infinity pool delivered sweeping views across Tel Aviv. We went up during a quieter part of the season and found the area nearly empty, which gave us time to enjoy the panorama in peace. At Alena, the beautiful breakfast spread and indoor-outdoor seating made mornings feel relaxed. The Library Bar gave the hotel another polished gathering place later in the day.
Most memorably, the concierge sent us to HaAchim on a Saturday, brilliantly threading the needle around Shabbat closures while finding somewhere cool and precisely aligned with what we were seeking. It was a remarkable read by an expert operator. At the restaurant, we sat at a bar beside an artful arrangement of fresh ingredients, perhaps vegetables or garnishes, placed as much for function as for aesthetics. My memory of the exact display is hazy, but its organic presentation felt authentic to the best Israeli restaurants.
Within a kinetic city, The Norman functioned as a peaceful courtyard retreat. Its inland location between the business district and the city’s main destinations made it exceptionally convenient. The staff was warm, polished, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful. I would be honored to return to this country, this city, and this hotel.
I honestley belive this is one of the best hotels in Israel and in Tel Aviv even more.

The service at the hotel is the best in class from the pre-arrival to the check-in and for your hospitality.
We stayed for two nights at the hotel jn the Deluxe room which was truly amazing. High ceiling, all room equipped with buttons for light of your choice (night, mood etc) the room is spacious and contain everything you need from tv, electric devices like hair dryer to an awesome mini bar. A true elegant and classic feeling.
The hotel bars and restaurant is a must go to - amazing chef restaurant Alena offering a fine-dine experience to the stylish and classic library bar that has awesome food and superb cocktails.
The rooftop has a swimming pool where you can relax and have a good drink.
Location of the hotel is central so you are in the middle of everything if you are about to explore the city - all around you can find bars, restaurants and great places to walk.
This is a true classic and one of a kind in the heart of Tel Aviv. If you are up to an absolute high end, luxury , best service experience this is the place for you.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Tel Aviv, walking distance to all the attractions and the beach, the Carmel market and surrounded by lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, service is top notch and you feel like a VIP around the hotel. Superb

My flight arrived at Ben Gurion June 12th. I was the last flight in from JFK before airspace closed. I was alone for the first time in Israel. The war started later that evening around 2AM. My first time in a war zone, my first time waking up to sit in the bomb shelter, and I couldn't have gotten more lucky. I ended up being stuck at The Norman for 20 days and my time spent there changed my life. Think White Lotus but war time edition. The team went above and beyond with anything needed and truly became family. I miss my time at The Norman often and can't wait to return once the war ends. When you stay here you are at home. Am Yisrael Chai.

Although quite expensive, The Norman Tel Aviv may honestly be the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Israel, with a spacious and quiet Loft Suite, beautiful design, excellent breakfast and spa, a lovely pool area, perfect walkable location, and truly exceptional proactive service that made our stay feel special from start to finish.
