Impala London
Impala. A new chef restaurant opened a few months ago in London with a lot of hype. Chef Meedu Saad in from Egyptian origin and his new place is a fire based North African - Middle Eastern restaurant.
It was my first spontaneous dinner in a 6 days trip to London back on June. A dinner which set a high standard. Fiery kitchen full with bold and punchy flavors. The Pork Sheftalia and the Birds tongue pasta (Orzo) with spiced oxtail were wow dishes. The only dessert was also very nice - a salted date & pistachio custard tart.
