Shota Nakajima is a Seattle-based chef, restaurateur, and international TV personality known for his innovative Japanese cuisine. He is the owner of Taku and Kobo Pizza and a three-time James Beard Foundation Awards semi-finalist. Nakajima gained significant recognition as a finalist on Season 18 of Bravo's Top Chef.
