We had a very enjoyable stay at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo. It’s a very large hotel, located close to Azabudai Hills and Roppongi. The location may not be the most convenient if your main goal is sightseeing around Tokyo, but the hotel itself offers plenty of facilities.
There are several restaurants, as well as a very good bakery where hotel guests can enjoy a 25% discount, which was a nice bonus.
Our room was beautiful, with an amazing view of Tokyo Tower. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was excellent, and overall the room felt spacious and very pleasant.
The gym is bright and perfectly fine for a workout, but the strength-training equipment feels quite dated and could definitely be upgraded and expanded. The pool, on the other hand, was great and free for hotel guests.
One small but memorable downside: the hairdryer in the room was really outdated and not very effective. Please replace it! 😅
The service at the front desk was excellent and very accommodating throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a very good experience and would happily stay here again!
This was our very first time staying at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and we were amazed for the two nights we stayed. The hospitality here was top notch from start to finish, especially Saito, the front office manager, who was super attentive and made us feel so taken care of. The service level was unreal - I actually forgot some of my clothes in the room after checking out, and the team was so helpful and managed to get them right back to me without any hassle.
The location is super central and very close to the Ginza line. Something that surprised us the most was the water pressure in the shower! This was much needed after a full day out exploring Tokyo.
Overall the hotel was beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms. I very much enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and central place in Tokyo.

We had the pleasure of staying here in April for our honeymoon, and it was a great experience. The room was comfy with a great view and the breakfast was delicious. The service and hospitality in the club lounge were truly exceptional—especially from Raphael. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some amazing recommendations for Japan. It was clear that we weren't the only ones who thought so, as he was highly attentive and seemed to have a wonderful connection with all the guests. We decided to book our stay for both the beginning and the end of our honeymoon, and we couldn't have made a better choice! We hope this feedback gets to Raphael - Thanks for making our stay extra special! From Ruben and Louise your new Roman friends.

During my recent stay at ANA InterContinental Tokyo, I met several staff members at the Executive Lounge whom I would especially like to thank, and two of them left a particularly deep impression on me.
The first is Ms. RENALYN TAKANO. She impressed me greatly – more outgoing and cheerful than most, with an incredibly infectious smile. Her friendliness felt like that of a close acquaintance, yet she never lost her professional courtesy. Every time I ran into her at the lounge, my mood would unconsciously lift.
The other is NAGASE RIRINA(長瀬 莉々奈). I had seen her during my previous stay, but I never expected that on this return visit, she would recognise me at a glance and greet me warmly from across the room, as naturally as if we were old friends. That feeling of being remembered is truly wonderful. Throughout my stay, her service was meticulous and thoughtful – whether it was helping to arrange a seat, or proactively offering to refill drinks or bring more snacks, she moved swiftly and caringly. Beneath her youthful and lovely appearance lies a professionalism and attentiveness that far exceeds her age.
It is these small details that make this hotel feel not just a temporary stopover, but a place with genuine warmth. My heartfelt thanks to both of them for making my Tokyo trip even more beautiful.

My family and I (Canadian) just finished a five night stay at this beautiful hotel. We booked a Mizu suite which had tons of space for a family of 4 (kids are 10 and 12). The beds in Tokyo are small and we knew this going in, so it wasn't a surprise. They were very comfy. The bathroom was beautiful, large and my daughter still talks about how cool that toilet was!! Haha
When you book the Suite, it includes Club lounge access which allows you to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea/snacks and night time drinks/snacks. My wife has an allergy and they treated us fantastic in that place. She was safe throughout. We enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks every day!
Lastly, the English of all the employees was great. We were a little nervous coming with such a language barrier and we were continously treated SO well.
Very close to a large subway station with multiple lines.
Highly highly recommend!
