I had such an incredible experience here tonight, and it made my birthday feel really special. Every dish brought out flavours I didn’t even know existed, and it honestly felt like a journey from start to finish. We went with the tasting menu and it completely lived up to the hype. Each course was thoughtful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
One of the standout dishes for me was the duck. It was cooked perfectly and packed with flavour, easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
The service truly made the night. Nic was amazing, so attentive, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He made us feel taken care of the entire time, and his recommendation for the sake pairing with one of the courses was spot on and elevated the whole experience. My partners allergies were also very well taken care of and the altered one of the dishes specially for her.
The wine was also excellent and complemented the meal perfectly. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail here. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate and I’m already looking forward to coming back.
We had made a reservation for 8pm, it was full in the restaurant. The servers are so friendly, they open the door, introduce themselves. They had a card for me as I was celebrating 7 years of sobriety, and they had congratulated me. We had non alcoholic beverages that were delicious 🤤 I loved the ginger marshmallow. I can’t remember the name of the dish k. The spoon but it was like a mini donut with some sort of shrimp stuffing? I could eat 10 of those. As my first course, that was my first time trying the fig dish and I was not the biggest fan, my friend liked it more than me, so she finished it. My main course was the duck & I throughly enjoyed it (again first time trying duck) the textures, and flavours was a delightful experience in my mouth. I do like how the servers explain everything on your plate before you eat it, as there is a lot going on. It was so sweet to see all the servers help you put your jacket on, open the door for you. Very genuine, and thoughtful. The atmosphere at that late of an hour gets darker as time goes on, as they are closing. For 1 non alcoholic drink, appy, and entree the bill was $89. Unfortunately I left feeling hungry, so we did go to another restaurant for more food.

My wife and I shared an incredible experience here. We chose the six-course dinner with the wine pairing, and every course was exceptional. The food, wine, service, and attention to detail made for a truly memorable evening. While it is certainly a splurge, it delivered a genuine fine dining experience that was well worth it. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

The food was so great that I’m glad we came here for my birthday! Such an affordable price that made me wish it was nearer to home too. I’d be a regular solo customer then, but I live half way across the world 🤣
Very flavourful and surprisingly creative. People from my country usually deem Western food as being too greasy but that’s not the case here. Fruit jams, herbs, and creative sauces can be found across the dishes and you won’t get bored dining here. I usually do not eat most mushrooms due to their too earthy scent (and that they were my first phone pets…) yet the thin slices were easily palatable on top of beef tartare. The matsutake in the roulade with beef was too much for me, but that’s expected. Nothing wrong hahaha. Scallops with pork belly was also ordered because I wanted to try the scallops, but the pork was pretty fine too? Yup you guessed it, I normally do not eat pork and won’t order them at all.
Another tidbit I found amusing was that the food here went completely over my lil bro’s head. He said his tongue level isn’t high enough to appreciate it but there we were. Then again he’s always been the kind that values quantity over quality, and his idea of places with ‘nice vibes’ refers to beer pubs and not proper restaurants. Still, thank you bro for making the reservation!

The tasting was well worth it. You get a perfect meal that allows you to try everything it feels like. The staff were exceptional- friendly and inviting. Our favourite dish was the salmon with the scallop and asparagus a close second but everything was amazing!
