Baan Phadthai has expanded its presence by opening a branch in Bengaluru, India, offering its signature dishes in an unpretentious setting.
Baan Suriyasai is a long-established Thai restaurant with an absolutely stunning Thai-style interior. The atmosphere is incredibly elegant and beautifully reflects the charm of traditional Thailand. The service was also excellent and very professional.
The food presentation was seriously impressive — every dish looked beautifully plated and very refined. However, when it comes to the taste, it was just okay for me personally.
Overall, I think it’s a great place to bring international guests for a classy Thai dining experience.
The perfect destination to bring guests and celebrate special occasions. I had the seafood set menu that the staff elaborately recommended according to our dietary restrictions. The ingredients used were of the best quality and despite being made with lots of spices, never felt spicy/hot. A true commemoration to Thai royal cuisine.
Seriously good restaurant in a very upscale area of the mall. (One Bangkok) there’s a small appetizer drink and another different drink post main course to get ready for the desert I ordered. The green curry’a spicy level is just right, also recommend having rice berry instead of jasmine rice for added flavor overall. Staff are quite eager to chat with, great service!
I just tried a Thai royal-style restaurant. The food was actually quite good… it felt like experiencing something unique and traditional, especially dishes like mee nam. The desserts were stunning, beautifully presented, and tasted amazing.
However, I expected better service, especially since a service charge is included. An older female staff member spoke to us in an impolite manner, and some staff members gave us disapproving looks, which made us feel uncomfortable right away. I truly believe that with improved service, the restaurant would attract many more customers.
We dined like royals at Baan Suriyasai, where we indulged in the warmth and charm of old world Thai-style hospitality within the compounds of an elegantly restored 1900-era heritage site. Known for presenting authentic Thai flavors adhering to the kitchen wisdom long practised in the Thai royal court, Baan Suriyasai is a beautiful and magnificent experience to enjoy.
Our meal comprised the exquisite and time-honoured Pomelo Salad with River Prawns, Sour Soup with Crispy Shrimp, and Crab Omelette, accompanied by Riceberry. The salty, sour and umami flavours danced on our tongues, enhanced with sweet watermelon and tangy lemongrass mocktails.
This was unforgettably one of our favourite dining venues of our time in Thailand. 👑👩🏻🤝👨🏼🍽️
