Went to the Pittsburgh Rib Festi and decided to try Carolina Rib King. I bought my wife the “meat and mac” for $23(!!) but it should’ve been called “meat and whack” due to the fact that they buried a dry piece of cornbread underneath 12-13 noodles of dry cheeseless “mac.”. I got the brisket sandie which was at once whet, dry and disappointing. It may have just been a bad day for them but sheesh, for the prices they charge I’d swerve this place like woah
I went to talk to the staff and they are being really cold to me, compared to other guests, as a asian they treat me totally different that it's too obvious to make me uncomfortable. Food is fine but not a welcoming experience at all. Experience at Erie rib festival

Disappointed by this food. Can beans not seasoned. CANNED COLLARD GREENS…. At a rib fest. The meat was really good. Mac n cheese not cheesy. Had foil in my canned greens. My boyfriend ate it because he didn’t want to waste $30. Pittsburgh rib fest

Had at Walworth county rib fest. I can only speak to the meat, which was DELICIOUS. Rib sauce was perfect, meat tender. Chicken wings were also amazing. Plus, guy cooking was grooving to the music, great vibes

I just got back from the Columbus Jazz and Rib Fest I could not wait to get my ribs from this place. Last year the owner did most of the cooking this year there were a lot of younger people cooking. The meat options were not clear I got 2 rib bones the meat was not tender and too pink like half done mac and cheese and very dry cornbread for $19. I asked for meat only the lady came back with a small paper container the meat looked like riblets I asked for a container with a lid she refused and said that their containers have to last them for the next two weeks. Last year the meat was cooked right and was very tender this year was a huge disappointment. Mediocre service and poor quality cooked meat.
