Like the table layout when you dine in. The food is great. Fast just in rush hour is not nice. But they try to get everyone served so it's fast paced. Other than that parking is alright at times since they share parking with other businesses so I might have park far away just to go in but it's accessible.
Portion sizes are small ordered tortillas on the side and they were as hard and crunchy as a chip and falling apart. Food was bland. Queso container leaked all over inside of bag. Would not recommend.

I wanted to refrain from writing a bad review seeing I am a rewards member, however the order I just received from an online order has me in a head spin. I’m an OTR driver and I ordered on Uber Eats from this location to have something to eat on my way back to Dallas and I got a bowl that was partially filled and I was missing the steak I ordered!! Completely unprofessional and I don’t recommend

Great Stop at Chipotle in Laredo
We had a great experience at this Chipotle. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, making it an easy and enjoyable stop for a tasty meal. We’ll definitely be back when passing through Laredo.

ordered from my local chipotle on the Favor App when delivered only half bowl was filled paid full price to get a half bowl from chipotle tried calling and customer service was no help at all.
