During our recent visit to Chelsea Market, we decided to try Chote Miya for a quick Indian snack. We ordered the Vada Pav and Paneer Momo. Going in, our expectations were fairly low, but we were pleasantly surprised by how flavorful both dishes were.
The Vada Pav was definitely the highlight—fresh, tasty, and packed with authentic flavors. The Paneer Momo was also enjoyable and complemented the meal well. Service was quick, and the prices were reasonable, especially considering it’s located inside Chelsea Market.
If you’re in the area and craving Indian food, Chote Miya is definitely worth a try.
The biryani had too much masala and was still bland to taste. The honey chili cauliflower had too thick a batter and very little flavor. The Kathi took tasted like it was made a few days ago and then microwaved. The snacks on the shelves are over priced. Perhaps worth one visit if you're in the area, but definitely not a place to repeat.

I had an ehhhh experience. Btw this is a halal spot but, they do not advertise this openly, I had to ask. I ordered a few things from here which was not that great…the butter chicken momos did not live up to my expectations, does not even taste like butter chicken and spicy fried chicken sandwich was okayy but not the best, I definitely had better. I would not come here again unfortunately.

Chote Miya is such a cute Indian restaurant in Chelsea Market! The restaurant is so vibrant inside, and the staff members are friendly. The food was great and flavorful. We visited on a Saturday at lunch. It gets extremely busy so seating is limited. It’s a must when visiting Chelsea Market! I highly recommend Chote Miya and look forward to coming back!
