Went before a matinee show. Hostesses looked miserable and not personable. Server was fine. The food wasn’t as expected. We thought we were sitting down to a fine dining experience only to receive food within 5 minutes of ordering and it looked like it had been sitting under a heating lamp. My friend got Alfredo that was bland, needed a lot of salt/pepper and more Parmesan. Portion size was fair but the garlic toast size was underwhelming. Definitely not worth the money that we paid. It was convenient for lunch and a show all under one roof
During shows fhe food is premade and not very good. I can understand this but not what I was expecting. Anything you order is brought out Im seconds. I would rather go early and get fresh food. The service snd staff is good. If you want a quick bite instead of chips and candy this is a good option. But it’s not high quality restaurant food.
This is our 4th time to be here, and I finally made a review. This is our go-to whenever my family and I come for Broadway shows at Theater under the Stars. Food is great, not so exciting but still good. Best choice of restaurant to eat before the show starts. They serve exceptional cocktails, too!!! 🍸 🍹
All sites say “open!” Turned away after the show until 5pm. Is business SO good that you lie on the website and make new rules casually? There really isn’t anywhere within walking distance. We like to allow traffic to clear before leaving. Fix your website, ask your employees to be more gracious, and be OPEN when you say you are OPEN. The food and drinks are always on point. Your bartenders are spectacular! Your management, not so much. SO very disappointed after today’s debacle.
We enjoyed a very nice meal before the show. When we arrived, there was a minor glitch with our reservation, but manager Danielle quickly resolved it, which we appreciate very much. Our waitress, Mercedes, was so friendly and made great recommendations for dinner. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
