We had a great time dining at Eataly. Our waitress Kylie was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. She was so nice and funny and made the experience extra enjoyable. I definitely recommend eating here. If you love Italian food, you’ll be in heaven! Thank you Eataly for an amazing date night to remember, we’ll be back soon!
Food is quite pricy, understandably so. Classic carbonara was pretty salty, ravioli with peas was good! The tiramisu was delicious! The atmosphere is very nice, the market is well stocked and a joy to walk around. Service was great, friendly staff and food came out very quickly. Pizza and pasta restaurant is a nice spot for a date night if you're in the area

This review is for la pizza & la pasta inside Eataly.
It’s my first time at Eataly even though I heard good things about it. I had high hopes for the restaurant, but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations.
Came here on a Sunday and managed to snag a table around dinner time without a reservation. Servers were friendly and attentive.
We got the melon prosciutto appetizer to share. It was good and the melon prosciutto pairing is always great. Will order this again, though the presentation of the dish could probably have been a bit better.
They had the summer of pesto menu going, so I got the pesto basilico pasta. The pasta was cooked very al dente and the pesto sauce was good. My only qualm is that the portion is a little on the smaller side and I wish the pasta was cooked a little bit more (maybe 45-60s more).
The pizza was perhaps the most disappointing. We got the diavola dolce pizza and was expecting a glazy hot honey but the honey was very watery and the pizza overall was lacking flavor. I also wish they were a bit more generous with their salami topping. The dough was good, but the entire pizza tasted very bland and more like a regular cheese pizza topped with a couple of salami and a dollop of ricotta.
There’s way better options for Italian food in the area so probably wont be returning here again. However, they do have a great selection of groceries so I’d probably just stick with the groceries!

Eataly is my favorite spot to grab a quick, hearty meal when I'm leaving the gym and heading to my next appointment. I’m a fan of their hot food like the meatballs and lasagna. They are my go-tos and they always give you a solid portion. It’s on the pricier side (most dishes hover around $20), but that’s pretty standard for LA now.
What I really love is the atmosphere; it’s a great place to stop, grab a bite, and either chat with friends or get some work done on my computer. The team is always friendly, shoutout to the cashier who helped me out today! I’ll definitely be stopping by again to try something new.

On the downside, glass of Montepulciano was "Corked / Oxidized , un-drinkable" server helped to replace with new Primitivo - Excellent service (Sabena) excellent personality with warm welcome!
DISSAPOINTED with plate "Carbonara Tartufo" Zero visible " Urbani Black Truffle" ⚫️ = zero , pasta was cooked perfectly but, dry Carbonara overall, no richness from egg to coat pasta. This plate was rushed! , lacked detail and NO TRUFFLE for $36. Pizzas were slow to come out, pasta delivered 10 minutes before pizzas , 4 people at table no food while pasta went cold.
Tiramisu presentation was impressive, again Sabena made it special! My opinion, long way to go to achieve the level Las Vegas location has for food and wine quality! Amazing Chef Longo at Park MGM location happy to greet guests and ensures higher level food experience! L.A. lacking in "Eataly" food standards!
