We loved Electric Sheep. From the moment we arrived, Jenifer the host was exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was simply amazing, every dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour. The squid roe was sensational, and I even enjoyed the eggplant, which is remarkable because I normally hate eggplant! The menu itself is one of the most innovative ways to choose what you’ll eat that we’ve come across. Don’t expect a normal paper menu. I’d highly recommend doing the chef’s cuts menu, no thinking required, just plenty of “wow”. Chef Amerigo and his staff show a clear commitment to sustainability, local supply, and making the most of every ingredient by minimising waste. That dedication is genuinely inspiring. We can’t wait to return, and we’d recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.
Spectacular hidden gem located on the 4th floor in The Warehouse.
The culinary experience beautifully bridges the gap between comfort food and semi-fine dining, showcasing local ingredients with an inventive twist small plate tapas style.
What truly sets them apart is the chef’s dedication to sustainability many of the herbs and vegetables are sourced directly from their own rooftop garden and focus on reduce waste.
The hospitality is equally impressive, with Sabai and the entire staff providing exceptionally kind and attentive service. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Definitely came back again!!
While in Bangkok, I was feeling nostalgic for 2019 Los Angeles; luckily I was able to find this place. It's located in a bohemian looking building, on the 4th floor. Depending on the side of the building you enter, you'll either see the stairs or the lift (elevator). The stairs are a little sketchy in some areas. The building itself has a very intersting vibe and aesthetic that reminds me of the club scene in Batman Beyond. Once I arrived, I was greeted by one of the owners. He was very warm and friendly, happy to answer all my questions. From the start the service was exceptional. Sabai was the one who was mainly helping our table but everyone there was warm and helpful. Service was impeccable. The food is completely unique, not a replicant of anything else. Mediterranean inspired recipies using only local, Thai ingredients; you can tell the food is a love letter to both cultures. Besides the food, the bar offers unique cocktails that compliment the menu. The experice has left me talking and thinking about it, even after I left Thailand. I'm still dreaming of Electric sheep. Thank you guys for such a human experience.
Original and interesting restaurant in a busy spot. Novel way to present the menu (I won’t spoil the surprise), attentive and friendly service and innovative dishes, brining in Thial flavours. As a group including meat eaters, vegetarian and pescatarian, we were offered a tasting menu immediately. Retro music, good wine and semi industrial design make this a recommended experience. The fact we had three different tasting menus all as substantial as each other really stood out. Highly recommend.
How is this place not a Michelin star already??
Cool vibes, SUPER attentive staff (Samantha, Emily and Sabai), and the food blew my mind!
Coming from 5-star hotel background I can assure you the team who created this place knows exactly what they’re doing.
The whole experience from menu offering to send off was meticulously thought out.
And the most amazing dish is actually the chicken! OMG of all the main ingredients it was the chicken I had a food orgasm with.
I don’t know if walk-in’s will be possible in a couple months but if you’re in Bangkok and you crave for modern tapas cuisine that represents Thailand/Bangkok flavors please please consider Electric Sheep. It doesn’t make sense how amazing the food can be, even the name of place!
Thank you so much Electric Sheep. Stay amazing
