Had a great time at Garavan’s. We grabbed seats at the bar and ended up having exactly the kind of experience you hope for in an Irish pub. Harry and Dave were awesome, gave us some great whiskey recommendations, and were fun to chat with. The whiskey selection is incredible. Whether you know a lot about whiskey or are just looking to try something new, they’ll point you in the right direction. We also noticed they were constantly making Irish coffees, which looked fantastic. Between the great conversation, friendly staff, and amazing whiskey selection, this was one of our favorite stops in Galway. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in town.

Had an amazing experience at Garavan’s! Harry and Evan the bartenders were absolutely fantastic friendly, welcoming, and made the atmosphere even better. Great service, great drinks, and the kind of place that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend!

Popped in Garavan’s Bar for a quick Irish coffee this afternoon. Cozy, warm, the kind of bar that makes you forget what time it is. Coffee was a punch, whiskey burned right ....bartender could’ve cracked a smile, but hey, it’s part of the charm. Four stars well earned. 😎

Went for the Irish coffees and stayed for the impeccable atmosphere. Firstly the Irish coffee was incredible. Definitely one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. The atmosphere inside the pub was amazing as well. Overall, we really enjoyed the pub and would love to come back again.
