I enjoyed eating at the Grand Kitchen during my three night stay at the Grand Hyatt Jeju hotel in Jeju, South Korea during Christmas holiday. With my room, breakfast was included, so I got to pick and choose from all the many eating options they offered.
Fresh fruit and pastries, egg station, Korean 떡, and many more to choose from. All delicious!
A Las Vegas style buffet! It is one of the restaurants inside the Grand Hyatt Jeju Hotel. Great variety of dishes and styles, seafood, lobster, sushi, crab, ribs, Steak, lamb, salads..... and the dessert bar. There is no way to decide where to start. It's expensive, $105 USD per person, including soft drinks and water, alcoholic beverages aside, but it's worth every penny.

Three families, including a couple of college friends, visited for a year-end party. Since it was our first time visiting Dream Tower, we had some expectations.
Although the restaurant is currently running a promotional discount (99,000 won), the food here—such as snow crab, shrimp, and lamb—was nothing special. Aside from the sashimi, the taste wasn't better than a typical budget buffet.
In particular, while there were plenty of snacks and desserts, there was very little fruit, and it lacked freshness.
After moving from the lobby to the 4th floor to look for the Grand Kitchen buffet, I noticed an open area resembling a food court. I thought, "This isn't it," but it turned out to be.
What was surprising here was that a staff member came over in the middle of our meal to check the receipts for soju and beer and explain the billing process. I wondered what was going on in the middle of the meal.
With the food being mediocre and the service poor, and nothing appealing to eat, the alcohol didn't taste good either. So, when I offered a refund for one bottle of Hallasan Soju, the staff member retorted, "Do you want a refund?" If they had simply said, "We will refund it," I wouldn't have been so upset. The total bill came out to nearly 600,000 won, but considering the restaurant's atmosphere, price, and service, it really falls short of the decent restaurants I've visited recently, such as black pork restaurants and shabu-shabu places.

It was so great to be able to enjoy a buffet for under 100,000 won, even though it is a 5-star hotel!
The food was fresh and everything was delicious!
The lamb and steak were cooked perfectly, so I ate a lot of them, and the desserts were also very pretty and luxurious!
