Stayed for just one night—and that was more than enough. I certainly won’t be coming back. The property looks impressive from the outside, but it’s a classic case of “all show, no maintenance.” The rooms are huge, but clearly nobody has figured out how to maintain them. 1. Toilet: The flush wasn’t working, and the toilet hadn’t even been cleaned after the previous guest. A rather unpleasant welcome. 2. No water, no hot water: Come morning, we discovered there was no water at all—including hot water—thanks to what the staff admitted was an infrastructure failure. They apologised, but service was virtually nonexistent. After hours of follow-ups, whatever little assistance arrived was incomplete. Apparently, even basic water supply is an optional facility here. 3. Basement parking: The car was parked in the basement, which had effectively turned into a swimming pool. Getting into the car meant literally walking through water. A beautiful property that has clearly been abandoned by its maintenance team. Poor infrastructure, poor service and zero sense of urgency. Looks good in photographs. Stay there once, and you’ll understand the difference. Jai UP!
