Shocking service which translates into a poor experience for the customer, and lower revenues (and less repeat business) for the bar. This place has all the hallmarks of a badly run operation: there didn't seem to be anyone in charge, and staff urgently need some training. We waited for over ten minutes to order drinks, and were close to walking out. During that time I observed multiple staff setting tables, polishing glasses, chatting and wandering around aimlessly avoiding eye contact with customers. Meanwhile we couldn't relax and chat (the point of going out) because we were constantly on the lookout trying to catch someone's eye to order. When we did eventually order (two glasses of wine, a cheese board and some arancini), the waiter forgot the wine so our food arrived without anything to drink with it. We flagged down a (different) waiter and told him we were waiting on two glasses of X wine, however he seemed confused, didn't write that down and we then had the original waiter come back to the table and ask "what was your order again?". At this point the food had been sitting on the table for at least ten minutes and we were thirsty and quite irritated. About two minutes after we had placed our drinks order for the third time, a completely different waiter came and asked us if we'd like to order a drink. I did not see any proactivity in things like bringing water refills, picking up empty glasses, asking if we'd like the bill or another drink etc. Quite frankly it would have been easier to have an M&S picnic on the wall outside. My overall sense was the staff didn't want to be there and regard customers as a huge inconvenience. The location and atmosphere were good, and the food was mediocre.

Nice fancy restaurant in the city right across from Cannon Street station. We had a staff dinner of around 30 guests. The waiting staff are nice, regularly refilling wine and ensuring that the correct dishes were given to everyone. Starters mains and dessert came out at appropriate times. Our area was quite dim but hot at the same time. The vegetarian options are lackluster. The desserts are nice. £47 per person excluding drinks

First wine bar in a while where I was like:”The food is really good here”. Fair prices, great selection of wines and the staff is so friendly! Oscar and Marco were amazing and the manager super helpful with a little issue with The Fork. We will be back soon! 5 ⭐️ well deserved

I have been to this restaurant several times. I cannot get enough of saying that they have an amazing atmosphere, food and a very good selection of wines. The croquettes (starters) are to die for, especially accompanied by a good wine. The steak was delicious and nicely served. Will definitely go back.
