As a loyal IHG One Rewards member who regularly chooses InterContinental hotels around the world, I would like to recognize the outstanding experience my family and I recently had at InterContinental David Tel Aviv.
While the property may not have the same grandeur as the iconic InterContinental Paris Le Grand, what truly sets it apart is its exceptional level of hospitality. The service we received was among the best we have experienced at any InterContinental hotel.
I would especially like to recognize the Club InterContinental Lounge team—Zehavit, Martina, Oleg, and Albert. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine desire to create an exceptional guest experience were evident throughout our stay. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued.
During our visit, we were traveling with our daughter, who is under 18 and therefore could not access the Club InterContinental Lounge due to the lounge policy. Rather than simply explaining the restriction, the team took the initiative to find an alternative solution by arranging access to another lounge where children are welcome. This thoughtful gesture turned what could have been a disappointment into a memorable example of outstanding hospitality.
It is moments like these that create lasting loyalty. Exceptional service is not only about following standards—it is about caring for guests and finding ways to exceed their expectations. The Club Lounge team demonstrated exactly that.
Please extend my sincere appreciation to Zehavit, Martina, Oleg, and Albert, as well as the entire team at InterContinental David Tel Aviv. They are true ambassadors of the InterContinental brand, and I look forward to returning in the future.
This was our second stay at the hotel. We were a bit disappointed the first time (2024), but decided to give the hotel another shot. What bothered us on our first stay was the comfort of suite for 3 adults. The suite we were in now was stunning and very comfortable! It was a corner room with beautiful views, a comfortable bed and sofa and even the extra bed for the third person was very comfortable. The products offered at the hotel (-417 Dead Sea) are amazing. I was never more motivated to actually make use of the body lotion! The F&B offer at both the Club and Executive lounge is of good quality. Breakfast at the main restaurant is top notch. The staff at both lounges was very welcoming and attentive - special mention for Nir E. who is truly a gem. The housekeeper and the kind gentleman who brought the extra bed & extras (bathrobe, slippers, glass) for the third person were also very kind and smiley! (Wish I got their names) Reception staff were all charming too. There were only a few minor little things we'd like to see improved (for ex. reinforcing the hair tie rule in the pool, preparing the room for 3 straight away rather than having to ask) but nothing that really affected our stay.

We had an amazing experience in this hotel, the pool is large, clean and with wonderful views to the sea. Our room was nice size and perfectly serviced. The breakfast is on high level and Kevin is an amazing manager! We have to point out at Martina and Oleg at the Lounge which was the best part of our day to visit! If you need anything ask for Zehavit, she can resolve any issue and makes sure you are comfortable and made feel special! Thank you

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels over the years, and what really makes the difference is the people. During my stay at David InterContinental Tel Aviv, the Club Lounge team was outstanding.
A special thank you to Zehavit and Martina. They were always welcoming, remembered the little details, and genuinely cared that everything was perfect. Whether it was helping with a request, making recommendations, or simply greeting me with a smile, they consistently went above and beyond.
Their professionalism and kindness turned a great hotel stay into a memorable one. Looking forward to coming back.

We have stayed at the David Intercontinental many times and it never disappoints. A fantastic location for Neve Tzedek, Shenkin St and the wonderful Carmel Market. As well as a minutes walk to the beachfront the pool is big and has lovely sea views.
The staff at the hotel cannot do enough for their guests. This is not typical of Israel in that they go above and beyond. Service with a smile and a particular big shout out to Zeehavit who remembred us and did so much to give us an extra warm welcome.
So happy to be back in Israel at this wonderful property.
