Good atmosphere, friendly staff, Jayden was a very friendly & helpful server.
We had deviled eggs and a 3 meat platter to share. Upgrading to brisket alongside the sausage and their in-house pulled pork.
Great flavours - sweet, smokey, spicy & juicy.
That was plenty of food for 2 adults to share.
The staff were attentive, but not overbearing even though it wasn't too busy. It was just the right amount of attention!!

I had googled a couple of places to find barbecue, but I want barbecue that I can get a quarter of a chicken with my ribs that was on the bone most people don’t barbecue white meat chicken on the bone. The cashier told me that they were able to give me a quarter of a chicken. I ordered ribs and two sides. The two sides I ordered was collard greens and baked beans. The baked beans were OK. The collard greens were so salty. I couldn’t even eat them. My husband ordered the brisket he said he also wanted the quarter of a chicken on the bone, we specifically asked for a quarter of chicken on the bone if not we would’ve left because that’s not what I want it. Chicken off the bone when we got the plate the ribs were extremely tough. They tasted like they were cooked the night before and they were warmed up. The chicken was like mince chicken, not on the bone. My husband ordered the ribs. His were extremely tough. You could barely take the meat off of the bone brisket the brisket was good and macaroni and cheese, potato salad. The potato salad was bland. The macaroni and cheese had no flavor to it, but the collard greens were salty. As I don’t know what the best thing was the cheddar biscuits that weren’t even hot as soon as they brought the plate I told them this is not what I ordered it came up to $64 and it was all nasty. It’s not the problem that of the $64 is the problem that it was no good and not what I ordered it looked good, but it was not good at all. and my husband me paid $64. I literally took three bites. didn’t want it and we left still being polite. They asked if we wanted some sides because they couldn’t give us what they told us they could give us when we ordered it and before we even touched our plate we told them this is not what we ordered. It was a waste of $64. I would not recommend to go there. I should’ve known when no one was in the parking lot. but what really ticked me off was that the food was nasty they didn’t give me what I specifically said I wanted and then was our $64 that’s getting thrown in the trash because it’s too salty to eat and whatever ain’t too salty is too bland with no flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

We had an amazing experience at Jim ‘N Nick’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. The entire staff was welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Great food, excellent service, and an overall fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was delicious!! Drinks were great also. It was different style of dining for my wife and I. Somewhat self serve with the water and soda. You order and pay soon as you walk in they give you a number for your table and they bring your food to the table and if you ordered alcohol the bar tender will bring it to your table. We ordered the brisket , pork sandwich and a salad. The order came with cheese biscuits we also had an Old fashioned drink and a beer. Very friendly staff and clean. We would return if we return to Dothan Alabama.

I've been very happy with every location and will return. If you want a great burger, have them put a couple slices of brisket and bacon on it. Amazing..!!
