Masala Art

We recently visited Masala Art Restaurant in Podgorica, Montenegro, and overall it was a very nice experience, especially if you are looking for authentic Indian food. The restaurant offers a good variety of vegetarian options, which was great for us. We tried several dishes including saag paneer, naan, paratha, pani puri, and chana masala biryani. The food tasted really good and the flavors felt quite authentic. It was nice to find an Indian restaurant that offers multiple vegetarian choices, and everything we ordered was satisfying. The vibe of the restaurant was also very pleasant. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal. The overall ambiance adds a lot to the dining experience. Customer service was good as well. The staff was polite and the service was smooth, which made the experience even better. The only downside we felt was the pricing. The food was quite expensive compared to regular restaurant prices. While the quality and taste were good, the prices were a bit on the higher side. Overall, it’s a great place in Podgorica if you are craving Indian food, especially with good vegetarian options. The food, atmosphere, and service were all enjoyable. The only thing to keep in mind is that the prices are slightly higher than usual.

We were excited to have some authentic Indian food in Montenegro. It was hard to find but the atmosphere was lovely and the service was excellent. The food did not fully meet our expectations. The best part of the meal was the potato cake starter. The butter chicken sauce had a strange, grainy texture like it was made from a powder mix. The tandoori chicken was flavorful but dry and only mildly spicy. The garlic naan was flabby. Having said all that, we would probably make another attempt the next time we are in Podgorica.

Amazing greeting and service by all the staff, the food was exceptional and it felt like home. As an Indian I must say this is a hidden gem in Montenegros mountain for Indian food. Best quality food with amazing tastes fully satisfied my cravings. Special thank to Mr Satyapal and our amazing waiter from Delhi (didn’t got the chance to ask name but he was such a lovely person). We travelled all the way from Tivat just to eat Indian food. Masal Art team please open one in Tivat tooo.

we really liked it here! Beautiful restaurant, very cozy. The food is excellent, very tasty, something different than you usually have in Balkans menu. The service is great. we definitely recommend this restaurant and we’ll come back here again
