Despite the unusual location for a chef restaurant, Miriam is beautiful and welcoming inside. It’s not large, but thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, with an open kitchen and pastry kitchen behind glass.
The service was truly outstanding, the drinks selection carefully curated, and the fish dishes were excellent - creative, refined, and anything but predictable.
If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the starters. They weren’t bad at all, but simply didn’t reach the same level as the main courses. That said, it didn’t take away from a very enjoyable dining experience.
It’s definitely not cheap, but considering the design, service, quality of ingredients and presentation, it’s worth every shekel.
There's something about Haim Cohen's cuisine - it stands out as original and intimately his own. The dishes somehow combine haute cuisine and the feeling of visitng an eastern Mediterranean home. The culinary experience is simply outstanding, playful yet refined. Never mind the industrial/office atmosphere and the odd choice of venue in an office building, come for food. I definitely plan to come for more.

Kosher dairy restaurant, leaning heavily on Mediterranean fish cuisine.
A lot of creative dishes playing with fresh sourced ingredients from Israel, and a few imported ones.
An absolute delight of texture quality and presentation. The waiters are all professional and proficient in both the menu and the wine selection, a cocktails were delicious, and the dessert was wonderful.
I highly recommend for a high-end kosher experience if circumstances require.
My only peeve was the acoustics of the space, high ceiling. Loud music. Very hard to hold a conversation.

A luxurious restaurant, very high-level service and hospitality. We had a tasting meal, all the dishes were really delicious, a celebration of a variety of flavors. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes, almost all of which are based on fish without compromising on problematic combinations in terms of kosher, the variety of wines was excellent and high-quality, an experience of flavors and culinary delights, the price is in line with the value for restaurants of this level. The desserts were simple, good, and light, suitable for ending such a meal. Overall, an excellent experience that you will not forget.

Fabulous restaurant. The food was delicious and special. Service was super professional and the vibe is great in this beautiful restaurant. We loved the Cube bread, the spicy sashimi and the locus fish cigars. Delicious. The gnocchi was superb. So wss the tuna steak. I mean all around great place with everything on point.
