The food was tasty, filling, and comforting, the kind of meal that gives you energy and a good mood. 🥗 Salad (fresh & balanced) The salad worked as a light and refreshing introduction: 🥬 mixed greens, 🍅 cherry tomatoes, 🥒 crunchy vegetables, 🧀 sesame-coated cheese, 🫒 olives, all brought together with a light house dressing 🥄. Clean textures and fresh flavors — every ingredient plays its own note without overpowering the others. 🍲 Borscht (deep & rich) A confident main theme: based on 🥣 beetroot, with 🥩 tender meat, 🥔 potatoes, 🥕 carrots, and 🥬 cabbage. Rich, warming, and well-cooked. Served separately with classic companions: 🥖 fresh bread, 🥛 sour cream, 🌶️ fresh green chili pepper (~40 g), 🧂 black pepper — everything you need to adjust the taste to your liking. 🍳 Hot dish / American breakfast (simple & honest) Perfectly cooked eggs 🍳 with a soft yolk, crispy aromatic bacon 🥓, and a fresh, warm bun 🥖 that deserves special mention — soft inside, very tasty, and completing the breakfast beautifully. ✨ Overall experience 🎼 balanced flavors and satisfying portions 🍴 thoughtful presentation 🏨 Radisson Blu level service 🪑 cozy, warm urban interior 📍 good location, easy and comfortable to visit It felt warm, relaxed, and genuinely good — real food, good atmosphere, and a place where you want to slow down and enjoy the moment. Came here for the burgers and ordered the American Burger. It was very good. Easily top 5 in Chișinău for now. The meat was cooked right, close to medium rare. Juicy and flavorful. Brioche bun was soft, held together well, and didn’t fall apart while eating. Good size and well built. Sides are great and generously included. Fries, green salad, ketchup, mayo, and pickled chili peppers. They feel intentional and add real value. The interior felt nice and atmospheric. The menu itself is short, with few dishes, and accurate photos, but we had to ask to get one, which wasn’t great... Service was slow at the start, though once we ordered, the food came fast. Beer was surprisingly expensive, almost two thirds of the burger price for a bottle. I’d come back to try the other burgers.

The food was super tasty and I can say the same for the cappuccino. There is a high variety of options and I would want to try them all if I could 😆 UPDATE: I went here the second time and I ordered a Chicago pizza and even though on the internet or on the menu it doesn’t write that it’s with pesto instead of tomato sauce, that’s what I got as a sauce

Amazing food served in innovative dishes with great staff, and it's open late! We weren't planning to go for this style of food, but it was delicious, with lots of options. And the wine was wonderful. Shout out to our server Iana who made it a great experience for us 🌻
