Food looked good, tasted average. But that wasnt the problem. Theres no service, no organisation, people working there arent welcoming. No clean tables. Took my bestie on a birthday brunch, was really disappointed

We had dinner at Noa tonight. The food was delicious (no vegetarian main course option sadly), the waitress was nice, but it was SO FREAKING COLD we considered leaving in the middle of dinner. We mentioned that to the staff a few times and they apologized but had no solution. I don’t recommend eating there until they solve this issue. Just very unpleasant to sit there.

One of the worst dining experiences ever!
With warm recommendations we arrived at Noa Bisto with another couple for dinner.
The waiter was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately from there it was all downhill.
The cauliflower appetizer consisted of 2 tiny flowerlets.Ok.
But when the maincouses started to arrive, only 2 of us received our food. The french fries were so salty that they were inedible. when we complained and asked to replace them with non salted fries or something else, the waitress came back with the answer from the chef that they soak the potatos in salt water hence they all are like that. She was unwilling to offer us another alternative.
The beef fillet was not fillet but entrecote, chewy and difficult to cut! The amount of corned pepper in the sauce was unreasonable and made it hard to enjoy the meat.
In the meantime our husbands meals had still not arrived (15 minutes after we were served ours).
At this point we asked to speak to the person in charge.
Not only was she rude (no apologies) but only offered to see what was happening and eventually gave us a dish of home fries, (which was the best thing we ate that evening).
By the time that the other main dishes arrived, we had finished our meal.
None of the waiters approached us for the rest of the meal until we called someone over to get the bill. No one apologized or offered to try to make amends. The price of each main course was over 175 shekels for a piece of meat and inedible french fries.
Because we felt sorry for the waiters we left a tip, but the restaurant itself does not warrant any positive comments.
