After my first experience at Odd burger of few months back. I recently placed a catering order with Odd Burger Oakville, and everything was fantastic from start to finish! The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process super easy. The food was ready on time, perfectly packaged, and absolutely delicious.
The flavours were amazing, the portions were generous, and it was such a hit. Huge thanks to the staff for making our event stress‑free and memorable.

Super disappointing experience today. My burger was incredibly soggy and cold. I politely went back in and asked it be remade. I was told by the employee that since they followed the head office steps that the burger couldn’t be remade…..the employee then called the manager Tripti, who said that per their policy they could not make the burger again and that the burger was fine. The quality has gone down hill and the customer service is gone to hell. I asked incredibly politely, I was not asking for my money back, or a discount or any free item. Just simply asking for the burger that I already paid for be remade again since it was incredibly gross and soggy. I have been coming to this odd burger for years and really this place is going down hill. No wonder so many locations are closing down in the gta. I spent over $60 dollars on this order and no one enjoyed the food, this place is not cheap. Super sad to see this place go downhill. And so disappointed today. Spend your hard earned money some place else.

Hands down the best vegan fast food around. If you’re craving classic, comforting fast food but want it plant-based, this is the spot. The Famous Burger tastes exactly like the real deal, and the fries are always hot and crispy. Super clean location and the staff is always friendly. Will definitely be a regular here!
I am so terribly disappointed in the quality and health & safety standards of this location. I was beyond excited that Odd Burger had come to Oakville. However, the last couple of time I have ordered food, it has been awful - ranging from just not being prepared correctly to moldy fries and now this time a hair inside my burger! This will be my final visit. The appropriate standards are just not being met and maintained. So sad that it has come to this.
