When on Tonelle turn left at side street in front of docks. Drive to end of street pull under bridge and back trailer into dirt lot and turn back toward docks to set yourself up for a sightside back. You WILL 💯 have to pull out into main road and block traffic to make cut into dock doors.

I'm the GM of the The Committed Pig in Summit. I know that LaFrieda products are the best around. We order hundreds of pounds of a ground beef blend every week. It comes fresh and stays fresh. The customer service is also stellar. I rarely have any issues with orders, but if I do, it's rectified immediately. I couldn't be happier with our relationship. But, that's not why I'm leaving this wordy review. I recently received a notification from LaFrieda about a sale on dry aged steaks. We don't serve steaks at the restaurant, but personally, I make the best steak this side of the Rockies. And, to be honest, I never had the chance to cook a dry aged one myself. So I ordered the 32oz T-bone. And holy cow, great decision. It was a little thicker than what I normally use and I was a little apprehensive about the cooking process. But I went on the website and they literally have a tab for cooking instructions. So, I prepped my cast iron, jotted down the cook times listed by LaFrieda, concocted my secret signature fresh rosemary and fresh thyme and garlic seasoning and got to work. Look at the pictures. It was hands down the best steak I've ever had. I could pull it apart with my fingers! I didn't want it to end. But that 32oz T-bone was enough to feed two adults and one 8 year old, who are all steak lovers, and were all full and impressed. Needless to say, I highly recommend it. This review is already too long, so I won't get into the crazy flavor profile nuances the aging process presented. I'm just happy I ordered two. #eatmymeat
We had the porchetta for 4th of July…..AMAZING!!! Arrived on time. Instructions were easy to follow. The crispy skin was amazing and the pork itself was SO juicy!! This is a MUST try.
I almost skipped over LaFreidas bc their rating was 3.6. I decided to read the reviews anyway to see why people were complaining.
I was surprised to see that ALL OF THE LOW REVIEWS ARE FROM TRUCK DRIVERS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DOCK! What on Earth does that have to do with the product, customer service, pricing, etc.??
I used to drive for Uber, and I never gave a business a low rating because their parking lot was a nightmare, making it difficult for me to pick up my passenger. I never tried their product so why would I give them a low rating? Who even thinks like that??
NO, I don't work for LaFreidas. I just feel this is a moronic, inconsiderate thing to do, so I decided to say something.
Small but do-able! Today the employees were helpful with staging us truckers so won’t cause a mess of traffic on the street. The employees will spot you when backing. I posted a recommended staging route below for anyone who needs an idea. I did it so you all don’t make the mistake and go through what I went through when I first came here 😭 Good luck drivers cause after this you’gon need a beer...
