Pho Ever Vietnamese Cuisine

Hi! I eat a phoever all the time. I doordash them frequently and have been there countless times with my friends. I won’t be back. This passing time I ate there, there was a bug in my food. It was very clearly a bug with legs and wings but the lady tried to tell me it was a piece of pepper. I was kind of over it so I paid and went home. Upon returning home, I told my mom who took us back up there to get a refund. They weren’t trying to give a refund and claimed that I went somewhere in 15 minutes and placed the bug and returned but I did not and I showed the lady before leaving that there was a bug. They made a big fuss over it though I only wanted a refund… and told me that it wasn’t from there. The napkin was the exact same print. In the end, I paid $22 and they gave me $15 back which is fine I guess but I won’t be back and i’m upset with how the situation was handled.
