The young man serving at the counter was very friendly. Went there to pick up a TGTG, great food and everyone of the family was happy with it. Great one!
Function follows form in this place and I do like its food, the cleanliness and light but the atmosphere lacks - they have tinny, fast pop music to encourage people to eat, drink and get out, rather than relax; to underline this, the wifi is quite poor and it cuts out every 30 mins making you have to reconnect! Sigh!
ps. The Barristas can make your coffee great or mug-like!

There is not a great selection of food throughout the day.
I got a toastie in a wet bag and had to ask for a plate to have some dignity. I paid the eat in price so would expect to get a plate. No proper cutlery, only timber ones.
It all very basic, the male manager is not very friendly or attentive, the drinks are not great

Don't normally sit in but today wasn't near my work! My baguette was in a cardboard box so saves on serving this on plate I imagine. Having to hang around waiting for a napkin which I thought should have been handed to me if they are not readily available! So many places to eat around Bruntsfield/ Morningside need to up your game not sure I will be back!

Mediocre as expected from a massive chain.
Seems a shame to go for a coffee / lunch here when there are so many other fantastic wee local places with a bit more character in the area.
