I’ve lived in Montclair for 10 years. Ray’s Luncheonette is a staple of amazing food, service, and a great vibe. I ate here before my kids and now as a family. They have so many excellent choices— sweet, savory, a mix of both! I love the French toast melt. The pancakes. 🥞 the breakfast burrito. The empanadas. And they always have an exciting special. They have very reasonable pricing especially with the incredible quality of food they are serving. I love the family that owns it too. They run this place with heart and soul. And you taste it in their food.
Hello everyone. I always try to leave a review if I really like a place, and everything here was top-notch. I recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. I ordered just a croissant from the menu and asked for a little Nutella to be added; they even warmed it up for me, which was unexpected and very nice. There are always a lot of people here, and I noticed many regular customers. Good luck with your work and may you have generous customers!
We adore everything about Ray’s! We come at least once a week, and 2-3 times if our schedules allow. The food is amazing and the staff feel like family. They go out of their way to get to know all of their customers. It’s always a good time there
