Our food and the price definitely made this a five-star experience. We split five small plates and our food was delicious and beautiful. That said, this restaurant is in a strip mall and the decor did not match the elegance of the food. I think, for some people, that actually might be a plus – Red Cork feels like the kind of place you could be a regular at. But, in my opinion, decor is half the experience of going out, hence giving this restaurant 4 stars.
We worked with Red Cork Bistro and Catering and their associated restaurant Taqueria Puebla for our wedding last week and they were INCREDIBLE. Adrian, the owner, and Carolyn, the sale an event coordinator, were fantastic to work with. They were extremely responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. We are so grateful that our venue, Pemberton Farm, recommended the Red Cork team and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for catering services!

Fun bistro with nice variety of food, cocktails, wines, and relaxed atmosphere. The bartender/waiter was super friendly and quick to take our order and get drinks. The drinks were great balance of flavor and strength and the food was tasty. The mushroom soup was delicious, and the seasonal drinks featured a lot of grapefruit juice which happens to be my favorite. Glad we stopped by here, will be back for sure. They have some outdoor seating but we ate inside. We came for lunch on a weekday and easily got a table. Lots of parking and easy to get to.
A must go to! We have always had our Italian restaurant we go to and we’ve recently started trying new ones. This place is doing it very well. We’ve been here twice now, the first time was great and the second time was even better. Owner is extremely friendly and the service is professional. Food is absolutely delicious. My wife loves chicken parm and I love to jump around trying new things…. We were not disappointed, with that said get the meatballs, and I’m sure anything else you try will be delicious.
