Excellent Cuban restaurant that blends eclectic kitsch with a modern twist. Ana was a great bartender/server mixing up a tasty Mojito and fantastic margarita. The mango cucumber salad was spot on, love the pickled onions: the ropa vieja spring rolls were excellent. The meat tasted so savory against the crisp eggroll, and the chili sauce was a perfect complement. The coconut poached shrimp were very lightly dressed. Honestly, they were the only thing that could use a little more flavor, but I did ask them to omit orange oil because I’m not a fan so maybe that was my mistake. Overall fun welcoming restaurant!
Cute little place to come for a bite to eat in downtown. I visited with my brother and we selected a few things to try out. (Just note that they change out their menu according to our waitress every 6 months so not everything you see online is what you might see on the menu when you get there) We selected for our meal the yucca fries which were absolutely BOMB. It was my first time having yucca and omg was it yummy. We also got the Tostines & Asian sofrito which was also very good. Additionally we also got the ropa vieja fried rice, also delish. Lastly we selected the Mini cubano bao sliders which in my opinion wasn’t my favorite, but to each their own. For a drink I wanted to try the Mango Mai Thai which personally did not like the flavor of. The waitress suggested I order something different so I tried the Passionfruit Mojito which coincidentally tasted just like the 1st drink I had. I’m not sure if the bartendar seems to be making the same drink regardless of what you order but it was strange. Other than that there was a DJ there playing club music at around 5pm which felt a little too early for that kind of music on a Tuesday night lol. But I get it, the music attracts people so be it. Our waitress was very very sweet and the spot is a cozy little place none the less.

I reallly love this gem. The ambience was perfect, food was on point and the staff was very attentive. The space was very well thought out and it’s visible a lot of love was poured into it. I love the interior design and mixtures of colors. Such a great spot to hangout and have a good time!
My only suggestion is the desserts were a bit on the drier side besides that everything was perfect and I will be coming back again :) The place can get packed at night so I would suggest making a reservation.

We were staying nearby and decided to try Rosa Blanca in Allentown. From the moment we walked up, the bouncer made a great first impression—friendly, solid eye contact, and he genuinely made my wife and me feel welcome.
At the bar we met William, the GM. He’s not only warm and approachable, but you can tell he has a real passion for hospitality and is a true mixologist. My wife is pretty picky about her mojitos, and the one William made put a big smile on her face. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried the spicy melon—OMG, it was amazing. Highly recommend it!
Great experience overall. We’ll definitely be back.
