It opens early at 6am, which is very convenient for morning flights. There’s a good variety of food, including local Malaysian dishes and cakes, everything tasted delicious. The lounge is quiet and comfortable, with kids playground and shower facilities available. It's quite close to the departure gates. However, it does seem to be getting more crowded nowadays compared to before.
From the moment I stepped into the Golden Lounge, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff were attentive especially Emmeline who is professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

The food is excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the facilities are top-notch, including a clean bathroom and a well-maintained prayer area. The service is warm and attentive, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.
This was my first time at the lounge and I enjoyed my one hour stay before the flight. The seating arrangement is spacious. Food is served fresh. The cleaning staff is prompt. The fresh rooms are clean.
