I expected more. To pay a full day doesn't give you the cha ce to be in all the hotel places. The food is regular and the service is a little bit better.

I will not come back as a foreign person. They refuse to reimburse the igv taxes. They made a big deal cuz someone else did they reservation even though the registration was done on our name. They didn't look for solutions just keep saying someone else had to fix it. The administration refuse to answer the phone. Didn't get any assistance with getting a taxi and food and water was a very overpriced. The bed rooms dont have a closet or drawes for your clothes or proper blinders in the roof windows so we we woke up with the sun. Not ideal when you are jet lagged. Ps there is also a dog training facility next to the hotel so so there was barking since we woke up until we left.

We got there and there was several issues. The bathroom door didn't lock and they had lost the key to our room. They called the maintenance guy to replace the lock. One of the outside light bulbs was not working but they said they wouldn't replace it. Several of the kids' games were broken or out of service. It looks like they don't maintain them anymore. The food was good enough but not cheap. The street leading to the place is just one lane and gravel so if a car is coming the other way you need to wait before entering the street so you need to be careful. The best thing about the place was the swimming pool, especially for kids. Overall you get what you pay for. If you want a better experience then you would need to find a more expensive place.

The pool is only 0.8m deep, the karaoke area is small and there is no disco as advertised.
