If you are looking for a premium fine-dining experience where every single dish hits the mark, the Kennesaw Ruth's Chris on Chastain Road completely delivers. We ordered an incredible mix of land and sea for our meal, and the kitchen absolutely nailed the execution on every single plate.
For the main courses, the lamb chops were thick, incredibly tender, and seasoned to absolute perfection. On the seafood side, the black cod was wonderfully flaky and buttery, pairing beautifully with a rich, savory shrimp and lobster risotto that was packed with flavor. The sides at Ruth's Chris are always a highlight, but tonight they were the standout stars of the table. The Brussels sprouts offered a fantastic savory crunch, the potatoes au gratin were rich, creamy, and cheesy, and the sweet potato souffle was the ultimate indulgent comfort classic. We rounded out the entire experience with the chocolate cheesecake for a sweet treat, and it was the perfect decadent finale to an amazing dinner.
Beyond the phenomenal food, what made this visit truly unforgettable was the hospitality. A huge shout-out to Jackson, who was our waiter for the evening. Jackson provided the absolute gold standard of service—he was attentive, highly professional, perfectly paced our meal, and went above and beyond to make sure our night was special. Between the flawless feast and Jackson’s stellar care, this location proves exactly why it is a neighborhood favorite. We will definitely be back!
Had such a great experience here for our new college graduate on May 13th! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service truly made the night stand out. Our waiter, Timothy, went above and beyond from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive, gave excellent recommendations off the menu, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure our group had a great time the entire evening. The magic trick Timothy performed at the end was such a fun surprise and honestly the perfect touch to end the night. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests a memorable experience. Definitely one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had. As a Mom, I was so pleased to give my daughter this graduate dinner and to have the type of service that was given!

I recently celebrated my birthday with my wife and son at Ruth's Chris Steak House, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding from start to finish.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere immediately set the tone,
elegant, warm, and welcoming without feeling overly formal. It was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a special night with family. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a great energy that made the experience even better.
The food was absolutely top-tier. Everything came out fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. You can truly tell the kitchen takes pride in every plate that goes out. The flavors, the presentation, and the quality all matched what you’d expect from a high-end steakhouse.
What truly made this visit exceptional, though, was our waiter, Jackson. He was beyond amazing. In a time where genuine hospitality can be hard to come by, Jackson stood out in every way. He was incredibly patient, very polite, attentive without being overbearing, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole table feel comfortable. He checked on us at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure every detail of our experience was taken care of.
More importantly, his service felt genuine—not forced—and that made a huge difference. He treated us like valued guests, not just another table, and that level of care does not go unnoticed.
Overall, this was an unforgettable birthday experience. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service. Jackson truly went above and beyond and made our night special. Because of him and the overall experience, we will absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

Food was fantastic and our server Timothy was great! We came for our anniversary and everyone was congratulating and Timothy had ‘newly wed game’ questions ready that were fun. Great atmosphere and steak that is good to the last bite. Will definitely be back.
