A guy named Chris that works in customer service offered the best customer service. He went over and above helping me with a chair. He measured and explained all that he could to let me know if the chair would fit in my X5. It was a no so he told me to order it online and delivery was free. Chris is the epitome of excellence in service! He will make it far with Sam's Club. Thank you Chris! YOU ARE THE BEST!!
Pick up is difficult for me. I cant tell them where I park i still go inside. My dad orders his stuff then I pick up. But dont order on my account but puts me as pick up person. The guys in the store know what i want when I come through the door. " Here comes the crazy lady." The app dont work for me. But the staff has been so patience with me and my tantrums. It's a good system I dont pick up cat and dog food bags 2 times in the store and van. I just take it out when I get home. What a blessing.

The most unprofessional and miss managed store in Georgia. I ordered tires for my Audi A6 in early June, and they have screwed up the order 4 times. Finally the tires arrived and they called with an 21 o'clock appointment to be installed. Upon arrival I was told they overbooked and it would be after 3 or 4 pm before they could get to me, even though I've been waiting over a month. Offered a free installation but my gas and time driving to and from on 5 separate occasions, that wasn't going to get it. So now I'm looking for some place else. Totally unorganized and terrible management. My advice is to steer as far away from this store as possible!!!!!

The woman at the door had a huge line that was backed up past the cash registers. Management stepped in to help. Once she got the line cleared, it was right back to being backed up as soon as she left.
Also, I attempted to purchase ear buds. I have the manager to card to pull the ones I purchased. When she returned, she said they were not in stock because they had been discontinued. But no one thought to pull the cards so people wouldn't purchase them.
And still, out of all that confusion, everyone still maintained a pleasant attitude. That's really helps when dealing with the craziness.

Sam’s Club in Douglasville consistently does a great job. The store is always clean, organized, and well stocked, which makes shopping quick and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful anytime I’ve needed assistance, and the checkout process is smooth and efficient.
They also have a great selection of products—from groceries to electronics—and the prices make it easy to stock up for both home and business. Overall, it’s a well-run location and a place I enjoy shopping regularly. Highly recommend this Sam’s Club if you’re in the Douglasville area!
